Privacy:
We do not share customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received.
Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We collect your credit card information through our secure server, but we do not store your card number on the server. Your card is not processed immediately, but rather it will be processed within 2 business days of your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email from the server, as well as a follow-on email once we process your card. We always ship within 2 business days of processing your payment.
We also accept Cashier’s Checks and Money orders. Please send your payment to the address on the checkout page.
Shipping:
We ship with United States Postal Service, FedEx, or United Parcel Service. We check shipping rates prior to processing your payment and adjust the shipping price as necessary. We do not try to make money on our shipping. You will never pay more than the estimated shipping, but will frequently pay less. The price for shipping includes insurance for all shipments.
All orders over $95.00 have free shipping.
We will also combine shipping for purchase of multiple items on one order. If you are paying by Cashier’s Check or Money order, send us an email, using contact us, and we will provide the exact cost of shipping. If paying by Credit Card, we will process your card for the combined rate shipping and notify you of the cost.
Shipping Outside of the USA

Returns
We will accept return of merchandise if notification is within 30 days of receipt. You must receive explicit authorization from our Customer Service Department in order to return items. They must be in resaleable condition. We will issue Credit for merchandise to your account or refund you in US dollars. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
